Michael performed an initial inspection of faucets, toilets and water heater. He repaired a leaking tank in master bath. Very pleasant, efficient and informative. Offered options to several questions. Glad to have Drain Genie as a plumbing resource.

Called this afternoon after having the water/sewer company said I needed a camera inspection done to prove where the blockage was happening. A neighbor and I were both having backup issues. Ryan arrived the next 90 minutes. He called en route, was very professional, completed the service needed gave the information needed for the next steps. Best emergency phone call service experience ever. If only every company had an employee like Ryan, life would so much easier.

Ramon Fernandez was amazing! He came to my house and thoroughly checked my kitchen for any leaks. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and excellent service. I highly recommend him and To the Plummer for any plumbing needs!

I most strongly recommend you choose Drain Genie for any of your plumbing needs. I worked with Dan Martinez and all of my interactions with him were handled with pure professionalism. He explained every step that would be taken to clear out my drain stoppage between my house and the main sewer line. He was articulate in providing me what the possible problems that may cause the problem and various solutions that that would take to solve the issue. He also explained the billing level based on the type of issues that caused the problem. His thoroughly professional demeanor was evident throughout the entire process. From the initial phone call to Drain Genie through the completion of the job the people who work for them from the young lady who took my call, the supervisor, and the worker who completed task demonstrated a positive, professional, and caring attitude. I wholeheartedly recommend them for their superior performance.

They were great. I used them back in 2016 when my main Sewer line collapsed and there was no doubt who I was calling when my sink backed up. They were here quickly and solved the problem for a more than fair price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and would not hesitate to call them again.

All of the service from Albert and Ramon has been great! They did a great job resolving plumbing issues that we had in our showers and were very helpful explaining what they did! I would definitely recommend their services!

Drain Genie came through today for a yearly maintenance and Chris was the lucky guy who had the job. He was super friendly and very informative about what he was here to do and why the importance of why maintenance should be done yearly. I’ve had my house 4 years and not once had service done. Heard some rocks come through the water heater when he flushed it and tested my water quality. Thanks Chris. Next maintenance or any job I hope he comes through again. Felt like I had a friend at my house working. 6 stars !!

Chris Smith came out, did a GREAT job figuring out what was the source of our mystery leak, and thanks to his expertise helped me find help to fix the water damage that was caused that we didn't even know we had. Would recommend him and Drain Genie anytime

We called Drain Genie for a backup of the pipes. Got a call within 15 mins of us calling to set up an appointment by Angel, he was available immediately. He came to the house promptly, checked it out, was thorough and very professional. We are extremely satisfied with the service and will be using them again. Highly recommend!

We needed a faucet repaired as it was leaking. Called another company and had 2 different times they were suppose to show at. Cancelled one day and were real late the next. Drain genie (Angel) came right on time, was very professional and explained everything step by step. Would surely recommend.

Pricing is upfront and good. Service call is included in the price. Needed a clogged kitchen sink fixed and Chris McIntyre was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my problem. He took care with the house and checked all around for any other leaks or draining problems. Very professional and courteous. He was respectful of the property and kept my kitchen clean while working. I have always loved this company and will continue to give them my business throughout the years.

My landlord used Drain Genie to repair a leak from our shower head that unfortunately was spilling over into the kitchen which was a shared wall. They sent out Chris to repair the job. He was prompt and followed through with the job till it was all finished. We had a few hiccups along the way, which caused the repair to be a multi day event. This was at no fault of the company and they were back to our house the next business day to finalize the repair. Would recommend again! Thank you for your help fixing our leak!

Chris arrived promptly at 8:30 the morning after Hurricane Debby had blown through. He was friendly and professional. Due to the weather, he was unable to get his diagnostic equipment out in the rain so we rescheduled for the next morning. Again, he arrived promptly and was quick and efficient in figuring out the problem.
