Pricing is upfront and good. Service call is included in the price. Needed a clogged kitchen sink fixed and Chris McIntyre was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my problem. He took care with the house and checked all around for any other leaks or draining problems. Very professional and courteous. He was respectful of the property and kept my kitchen clean while working. I have always loved this company and will continue to give them my business throughout the years.

Chris did a tremendous job and was thorough in his inspection. He finished installing our new garbage disposal in no time and was extremely helpful in explaining how to maintain it going forward. Highly recommend!!

My landlord used Drain Genie to repair a leak from our shower head that unfortunately was spilling over into the kitchen which was a shared wall. They sent out Chris to repair the job. He was prompt and followed through with the job till it was all finished. We had a few hiccups along the way, which caused the repair to be a multi day event. This was at no fault of the company and they were back to our house the next business day to finalize the repair. Would recommend again! Thank you for your help fixing our leak!

Chris arrived promptly at 8:30 the morning after Hurricane Debby had blown through. He was friendly and professional. Due to the weather, he was unable to get his diagnostic equipment out in the rain so we rescheduled for the next morning. Again, he arrived promptly and was quick and efficient in figuring out the problem.

My elderly mother's garbage disposal was old and locking up frequently. Chris from Drain Genie came and replaced it at a fair price. All work was done quickly and professionally. We'll definitely call them again for any more plumbing needs.

I need some plumbing repairs in my half bath under the toilet. They answered right away and communicated clearly. They sent someone same day and Angel was professional and explained what was needed and thoroughly. He was up front about fees and pricing. Would definitely use him and the company again!Only negative thing I have to say is the number of calls that I received from the company could be limited :)Before and after photos.

I had Drain Genie install a new garbage disposal for me. Angel did a amazing job on the install! He made sure to test for leaks after finishing up, and showed me that everything was draining properly. Drain Genie is a great company. My experience with Drain Genie was flawless, Angel was very professional and did a full inspection on all my plumbing throughout the house! I had a clog in the kitchen sink last weekend and I managed to clear it but thought it was best to have it looked at anyway, Angel helped me to understand why the clog happens from time to time and he cleared a clog in my bathroom sink that I didn't even expect! Thank You and I will definitely be calling Drain Genie for all future Plumbing needs!

This company is absolutely wonderful! I’ve used them twice now and both times it was such a lovely experience!
