JUAN and TERRANCE were super helpful and thorough, they did a great job and left everything spotless! They were very knowledgeable and took time to answer and explain any questions or concerns we had. Definitely one of the best experiences. Would recommend them for any jobs at your house!

Terry did an excellent job with the repairs around my house that were needed. Gave me an upfront price and completed the job quicker than the estimated time. Air conditioner works like new I would highly recommend him again if I need him

Amazing job! If you’re looking for someone to come into your home you can trust… it’s these guys! They were extremely informative and not pushy at all! I usually worry about the sales pitches but I did not experience any of that with these guys! Such a great experience.

Juan was exceptionally professional and efficient from start to finish. He quickly identified the issues with both my kitchen and bathroom sinks and explained what needed to be done in a clear, reassuring way. Throughout the entire process, he worked with care and attention to detail, making sure everything was fixed properly and functioning smoothly before he left. I also really appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly clean up after completing the repairs, leaving the space even tidier than before. Overall, his workmanship, respect for my home, and friendly attitude made the whole experience outstanding. I would definitely recommend Juan for anyone needing reliable and high-quality service.

Leo was my technician. He's very knowledgeable and explanatory. He helped me understand what is making my system work harder and how to fix it. I would recommend him to family and friends and those who need hvac services. Definitely 5 stars worthy.

Leo was great. He was on time, polite and professional. He wore his shoe covers even though I told him they were unnecessary. He completed a detailed inspection of my ac unit and thoroughly explained my options. I will definitely be working with this company in the future.

We are pleased with the service technician, Juan Gonzales who did maintenance on our Water heater. He was thorough and helpful. He checked and rechecked his hose connections, and made sure we were satisfied with the final result. We would not hesitate to use Mr. Gonzales again for his proficiency and friendliness. Carlos can put to service my unit on Friday. He did a thorough check and concluded that my drainage was blocked. He was able to get my AC up and running in a timely manner. After the storm on Sunday-Monday, it was blocked again. He came back out to fix the blockage again. Leo is a wonderful technician as well.

Terrence did an amazing job. Really went above and beyond for the job. I highly recommend his service and if there are advancement opportunities for him in the company, then I hope recommend him for those opportunities as well. I had a great experience all around with the staff. I had hvac maintenance.

I had a plumbing consultation with Victor he was awesome, and very professional as well as passionate about his work. he goes beyond the call of duty he also connected me with another colleague to follow up on my HVAC issue that Im experiencing. Wonderful service! I chose a five-star plumber for a reason, and I was very pleased with the results, the quick efficient fix, plus he kindly checked other areas of concern I have, and emailed me a quick written estimate. I highly recommend this business.. 5 stars for sure!

Truly great service. Inspected everything, took care of a couple of small but significant issues, gave some good advice, AND the price was very reasonable! Ramon was a gem! Explained everything clearly, worked quickly and efficiently. Kept the work clean and tidy, was courteous and professional!

Michael performed an initial inspection of faucets, toilets and water heater. He repaired a leaking tank in master bath. Very pleasant, efficient and informative. Offered options to several questions. Glad to have Drain Genie as a plumbing resource.

Called this afternoon after having the water/sewer company said I needed a camera inspection done to prove where the blockage was happening. A neighbor and I were both having backup issues. Ryan arrived the next 90 minutes. He called en route, was very professional, completed the service needed gave the information needed for the next steps. Best emergency phone call service experience ever. If only every company had an employee like Ryan, life would so much easier.
