A slab leak is a leak on the water piping located under the slab. These leaks must be located and the floor must be chipped up to make the repair. If you hear the hissing sound and have water the leak could be in the wall but there is still a chance that the leak is in the slab. The Orlando plumber would have to cut open the wall to see if there is a leak in the wall or slab. If you hear that hissing sound and it turns out to be in the slab your best choice is to repipe your home.
