Most well systems with high iron require a chlorinator pump, which injects liquid chlorine into the water supply that should then go into a storage tank. This will help dissolve some of the iron. From there the chlorine must be removed from the water supply so it is able to be used for house hold use. This is done by having the water from the storage tank go into a carbon filter, which removes the chlorine. From there it should then go through a salt based water softener system to then remove the hard water deposits.
This is the proper process that your Orlando plumber should use to treat water from a well with high iron. The customer must then check salt levels and chlorine levels in the system so that the system works well for years to come.
