About the Award
The Angie’s List Super Service Award honors excellence among home services professionals who maintain superior service rating and reviews on Angie’s List. The 21-year-old award is a prestigious, annual distinction and is intended to recognize best-in-class providers. Typically, only around five percent of the companies listed on Angie’s List receive the award each year.
Contributing Factors
The criteria for the award include receiving a minimum number of reports from Angie’s List members and maintaining an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade. In addition, the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, have a fully complete profile, pass a background check, and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines. Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List, and companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality. Additionally, to receive the award, companies must also be in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
